Help BRAVO 496 PUMP Mercruiser.

 THE NEW ALL BRASS WATER PUMP  WITH NO WEAR PLATES AND TWO  FLATS  DOUBLE SIDED HUB USING 1/2” SHAFT

 Major complaints: 

 In most areas of the United States the water  picked up by the new 496 serpentine gen 7pump is unfiltered and therefore many timess  infused with sand particles.  The sand around  the blades gets ejected when it passes the output ports, however,  the sand works it's way into the  ends of the impeller against the case, becomes imbeded an acts like  high speed sand paper which does extreme damage to the  body of the pump.

“ I put a new impeller but my engine gets hot"

“ I rebuilt my pump but presure is low”

 “ With all new parts my pump doesn’t suck”

 “ Pump preasure is low and I don’t know why”

 “ Seriously damaged ends in my pump”

 “ My pump has fallen and can not get up”
